Arian Foster to play half season
Texans RB could return Week 10 in worst-case scenario

Former Houston Chronicle reporter John McClain noted on Twitter that it is believed Arian Foster's (groin surgery) worst-case scenario is an eight-game absence. (Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Texans have a Week 9 bye, which means Foster has a good chance to be back for half the team's game in 2015. It'll be difficult to assess his overall season-long fantasy value in drafts. It may be wise to let someone else take the plunge on draft day unless he slips into the later rounds. Personal experience has shown me it's very difficult to stash a running back for 10 weeks -- but I wouldn't rule out trading for him after 4-6 weeks.
