M. Bryant expected to miss Hall of Fame game Elbow infection will cause Steelers WR to miss a week to 10 days By: Mike Krueger | Aug 2 2015, 7:40 pm
Martavis Bryant had a procedure Sunday for an infection on his elbow that will likely cause the second-year wide receiver to miss the Hall of Fame preseason opener Sunday night against the Minnesota Vikings.
Bryant is expected to be out about a week to 10 days after an ingrown hair became infected, causing his elbow to swell. Coach Mike Tomlin said Bryant “should be back to us sooner than later.”

FFToday's Take:This situation shouldn't be a long-term issue. Bryant has been the second receiver taken in fantasy drafts but a recent quote from QB Ben Roethlisberger suggests Bryant has competition for snaps in two wide receiver sets from Markus Wheaton. Bryant's ADP is likely to slide in the coming week.
