Mike Tolbert healthy, looking to regain 2013 form
Panthers RB “didn't feel like myself" last season

Mike Tolbert said he has been particularly motivated to work out in the offseason because of a left leg and knee injury last season that cost him eight games in 2014. It was the first major injury of his career. “I didn't feel like myself,” Tolbert said. “I didn't feel like I had the power. I didn't fully trust my knee or my leg. I didn't know if it was going to break again or not. I definitely wasn't confident in my body at that point." (Charlotte Observer)

FFToday's Take: Tolbert returned late last season from his broken leg but was ineffective. His return to health could pose a threat to Jonathan Stewart's fantasy upside as Tolbert is known TD-vulture scoring 11 times in 2010. Rookie Cameron Artis-Payne is also in the mix for carries and would likely split time with Tolbert if Stewart suffers a significant injury.
