| Former Washington tight end Fred Davis, suspended indefinitely by the NFL in February 2014 under the substance-abuse policy, has been reinstated, PFT’s Mike Florio reports.
The 29-year-old Davis is immediately free to sign with clubs.

FFToday's Take: Davis suffered an Achilles injury in 2012 and only caught seven passes in 2013. Tight end needy teams included Arizona, Buffalo, Atlanta and Cleveland to name a few. Davis was arrested for DUI in 2014.
