Roethlisberger and Steelers agree to extension
Big Ben cashes in on huge 2014 performance
By: Jake Gordon | Mar 13 2015, 7:00 pm

(Reuters) - The Pittsburgh Steelers and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger agreed on a five-year contract extension on Friday that could see 'Big Ben' to the end of his career in the Steel City. With Roethlisberger entering the final year of an eight-year $102 million deal signed in 2008, the Steelers locked up their franchise player, assuring stability at the quarterback position. FFToday's Take: Last season Ben Roethlisberger hit career milestones in several key statistics that also including a completion percentage above 66 percent for only the third time in his career. The increase in passing attempts should help Roethlisberger provide another nice fantasy season in 2015, just be leery of paying full price based on his career year.
