Former Falcons receiver Harry Douglas has agreed to terms on a three-year deal with the Titans, according to sources familiar with the situation. (The Tennessean) FFToday's Take: Douglas said he wanted the opportunity to be a No.1 or No.2 receiver. He'll fight for targets with Kendall Wright and Justin Hunter and likely fill the slot role on a team that hasn't placed a top 30 fantasy wide receiver since 2011.
