Browns sign Brian Hartline, 2-year deal

FFToday's Take: The deal is reportedly worth $6 million over two years. Hartline was released by Miami making him free to sign with any team before free agency begins on Tuesday. Hartline had two 1,000-yard receiving seasons in 2012 and 2013 but is moving to a fantasy black hole in Cleveland. He is currently the No.1 receiving option with Josh McCown and the rehabbing Johnny Manziel on the depth chart at quarterback.
