The Raiders signed Broncos defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio to a four-year deal to be their new head coach on Wednesday afternoon, league sources said. (SFGate.com) FFToday's Take: Two former head coaches, Mike Smith and Marc Trestman, are the front runners to become Del Rio's defensive and offensive coordinators respectively. This suggests that former interim head coach Tony Sparano will not be a part of the team's coaching staff for the upcoming season.
