Cardinals may have QB Stanton back for playoffs
'85 percent' chance
By: Mike Krueger | Dec 24 2014, 8:44 am

Drew Stanton has an 85 percent chance of starting at quarterback for the Cardinals in the playoffs. That's the number that head coach Bruce Arians gave to SiriusXM NFL radio in an interview on Tuesday night, adding that he would not play Stanton this weekend against the 49ers unless there was an emergency. "He's going to practice some this week, and we'll see how he goes," Arians said, via ESPN.com. "Do not plan on playing him this week unless it was absolutely necessary." (NFL.com)

FFToday's Take: Arizona is expected to go with Logan Thomas at quarterback for Week 17 while Drew Stanton will only see action in an emergency situation. This deflates the fantasy values of every Cardinal for any owner vying for Championship this weekend. For owners in fantasy playoff games, the Cardinals offense would get a boost if Drew Stanton does indeed return.
