| Calvin Johnson not likely to play in Week 7 TE Eric Ebron also not expected to play By: Mike Krueger | Oct 17 2014, 1:30 pm
| Detroit Lions coach Jim Caldwell indicated today that Johnson likely will miss his second straight game because of the right ankle injury he suffered in a loss to the Buffalo Bills earlier this month.
Asked whether he expected Johnson to play Sunday, Caldwell said, "I've been surprised before because he's an unusual guy and, just talking to him at practice, he's feeling good and coming along. Miracles have happened." (Detroit Free Press)
FFToday's Take: In addition to Johnson, tight end Eric Ebron (hamstring) is expected to sit as well. Golden Tate will once again be Matthew Stafford's top target in the passing game. RB Reggie Bush is expected to return this week.
