The Teddy Bridgewater era appears to have officially begun in Minnesota.
The Minnesota Vikings placed Matt Cassel on injured reserve Wednesday morning, three days after the quarterback broke several bones in his left foot on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.

FFToday's Take:Bridgewater will make his first NFL start this week against the Falcons. Without Adrian Peterson and Kyle Rudolph it's hard to get excited about Bridgewater's fantasy prospects. He does offer some mobility, rushing for 27 yards on six carries last week. He'll be a QB2 until he proves otherwise.
