Cleveland Browns

Tate injures knee, rookie running backs shine
Severity of knee injury unknown
By: Mike Krueger | Sep 7 2014, 10:00 pm

In their NFL regular-season debuts, Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell combined for 132 yards and two touchdowns in the Browns' 30-27 loss at Heinz Field. The Browns rushed for 183 yards - the most in four seasons - despite losing starter Ben Tate to a first-half knee injury. (Cleveland Plain Dealer)

FFToday's Take: Tate had six carries for 41 yards before leaving with a knee injury. No update on his status was given after the game. West had 16 carries for 100 yards and would likely be starter next week if Tate is not ready to go while Crowell would work as a change-of-pace.
