Jordan Reed impressive in scrimmage vs. Pats
Pats reporter believes TE is in line for big season
By: Doug Orth | Aug 4 2014, 4:30 pm

Jordan Reed looks like a star. He was open all practice, and hauled in a really nice catch over the out-stretched arms of Darrelle Revis and Devin McCourty along the sideline. Reed is in line for a big season, especially with the Redskins having so many weapons at receiver (DeSean Jackson, Pierre Garcon and Andre Roberts). (Boston Globe)

FFToday's Take: Reed has suffered four concussions dating back to college and it is that injury history that appears to be his biggest obstacle en route to becoming an elite fantasy tight end. While he can't be expected to maintain the 90-catch pace he had in eight games last season with a much less talented receiving corps, he figures to compete with Garcon to be the team's leader in touchdown catches.
