Cardinals cut ties with RB Ryan Williams Inactive for all 16 games last season By: Mike Krueger | May 12 2014, 3:58 pm
Running back Ryan Williams is no longer in Cardinals coach Bruce Arians' doghouse.
That's because Williams was one of four players released on Monday, the team announced. Williams, a second-round pick in 2011, was by the most notable of the three. His three years with the Cardinals were filled with injuries. He missed his rookie season with a torn right patella tendon. He suffered a season-ending shoulder injury five games into his second season. (AZCentral)
FFToday's Take:Williams injured his knee in training camp last season and never made it back on the field. He's now eligible to be claimed on waivers by any team.
