Redskins set to host DJax on Monday May not be willing to "break the bank" By: Mike Krueger | Mar 30 2014, 9:00 pm
Despite being in full agreement in the decision to pursue former Philadelphia Eagle DeSean Jackson, Washington Redskins officials may not be willing to award the three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver a highly lucrative contract, according to people with knowledge of the situation. Washington will host Jackson on Monday evening and Tuesday, according to multiple sources. (Washington Post)
FFToday's Take:The Raiders and Bills seem to be other front-runners for the former Eagle right now. Both of those teams have more cap room and in theory could offer a bigger front-loaded contract. The Chiefs and Jets have reportedly backed off their pursuit of the star receiver.
