Defensive end Al Woods signed with the Tennessee Titans, halfback Jonathan Dwyer signed with the Arizona Cardinals and tight end David Johnson signed with the San Diego Chargers. (Post Gazette) FFToday's Take: Dwyer and Bruce Arians are connected through their time spent with the Steelers so this signing is one of familiarity. The Cardinals were in need of another running back after Rashard Mendenhall decided to retire. Dwyer is expected to backup Andre Ellington in 2014.
