Texas A&M WR Mike Evans to go pro
Latest of three top receiver prospects to enter draft
By: Doug Orth | Jan 2 2014, 3:35 pm

Texas A&M announces WR Mike Evans leaving early for NFL. (Brett McMurphy on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Evans may not be a household name yet, but that should change in the coming months. A third-year sophomore that goes 6-5 and 225-pounds, Evans probably opened the most eyes when he destroyed Auburn for 287 yards receiving and four touchdowns in October and his Marques Colston-like skill set should make him a valuable commodity. He joins Oregon State's Brandin Cooks and Penn State's Allen Robinson as underclassmen receivers who could make a first-year impact in fantasy leagues.
