InjuryRavens still unsure about Pitta
Reportedly ran around well last week in practice
By: Doug Orth | Dec 2 2013, 6:50 pm

Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens HC John Harbaugh was noncommittal on whether TE Dennis Pitta will be activated to play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. Pitta, who is on the Injured Reserve-Designated for Return list with the dislocated hip he suffered on July 27, has practiced since Nov. 20. Pitta ran around well last week, according to Harbaugh. "[The decision will] probably come down to the end of the week," Harbaugh said. "I've got a pretty good idea that he's doing well. It's just a matter of how well." (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: The Ravens' three-week window to decide whether to activate him to the 53-man roster or keep him on IR ends Dec. 11. If they want him to play against the Vikings, the team would have to activate him before 4 p.m. ET Saturday. He's been a longshot for fantasy relevancy all season, but he's probably a low-end TE1 in all leagues if he can make it back to the field.
