Rice, Pierce workload debate-- Sat Jul 6 11:00 pm --
Ravens RBs playing time may not change too much
Although Bernard Pierce's workload is expected to increase this year after he averaged 6.75 carries per game as a rookie, the Ravens aren't planning to dramatically alter how they divide up the playing time.
Ray Rice remains entrenched as the featured back.
FF Today's Take:The distribution of touches between Rice and Pierce seems to be a hot topic this off-season but the reality is we may not see anything more than the 70-30 split we saw last season. A 65-35 split is very likely scenario. We currently project Rice with 241 carries and 61 receptions making him a middle-of-the-road RB1.
