Rib injury eventually landed the Bears running back on IR
Chicago Bears backup running back Michael Bush ended the 2012 season on injured reserve with a rib injury. Bush told the Chicago Tribune he also played most of the season with a fractured bone in his right shoulder. Bush didn't undergo surgery on either injury and said both were fully healed. (NFL.com)
FF Today's Take:Bush was largely ineffective last season rushing for a career-low 411 yards. He'll return to his role as Matt Forte's backup and goaline back for the Bears in 2013.
