Miami Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland annually points out that no player on his roster is off limits in a trade, especially during the NFL draft.
That might explain why multiple reports claim receiver Davone Bess, a six-year veteran, could be traded on the eve of the 2013 NFL draft. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that the Dolphins have shopped Bess to numerous teams. TFY Draft founder Tony Pauline tweeted on Wednesday night that one of his sources told him he's 99.9 percent certain Bess will be traded to the Cleveland Browns for a mid-round pick. (Sun Sentinel)
