The Panthers have their No. 3 wide receiver.
According to a league source, Carolina agreed to a one-year deal with WR Domenik Hixon on Wednesday. Hixon caught 39 balls for 567 yards and two touchdowns last year for the New York Giants. (Charlotte Observer)
FF Today's Take:Hixon will be penciled in as the No. 3 receiver behind Steve Smith and Brandon LaFell. Hixon has been plagued by ACL and ankle injuries during his five years with Giants but has been productive when healthy. The Browns and Raiders reportedly had interest in Hixon also.
