Couldn't agree on restructured contract

FF Today's Take: Hasselbeck was due $5.5 million in 2013 and the two sides couldn't agree on a restructured contract. Tennessee will be in the market for a backup QB behind Jake Locker. Ryan Fitzpatrick is a likely choice.
