Jacksonville will miss top receiver
Jaguars receiver Cecil Shorts will miss his first game of the year Sunday because of a concussion. Also not practicing and out were running backs Rashad Jennings (concussion) and Maurice Jones-Drew (foot). (Florida Times-Union)

FF Today's Take: Shorts passed his concussion tests but is still experiencing symptoms. Kevin Elliott and Jordan Shipley are expected to pick up the slack at the receiver position.
