Roethlisberger's recovery continues -- Tue Dec 4 11:28 am --
Steelers QB soreness has 'diminished' | Reports have indicated that soreness in Ben Roethlisberger’s shoulder and chest have “diminished.” ESPN’s Ed Werder indicated that Roethlisberger will “attempt to demonstrate to the coaching staff that he’s capable of making all of the required throws, something he failed to accomplish last week.” (ESPN.com)
FF Today's Take: Roethlisberger’s return to the lineup would mean less for Roethlisberger owners than it would for owners of Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, Heath Miller, Jonathan Dwyer, Rashard Mendenhall, and Isaac Redman. The Steelers offense has been stagnant, to say the least, in the weeks Roethlisberger has been absent. Once Big Ben returns to the lineup, the rest of their offensive components will be serviceable and back to fantasy-relevant status. In Week 14 they play the Chargers, who rank 21st against the pass and 24th in total defense over the last three weeks.
