Matt Forte optimistic he'll play Sunday -- Thu Nov 29 7:52 pm --
Left last week's game with ankle injury | When Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte hurt his ankle last week against the Minnesota Vikings, it looked like it could be a multiple-week injury. Forte believes he won't miss a single game. Forte said he expects to play this week against the Seattle Seahawks, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. "I'm feeling good," Forte said. "I've been doing a lot of different stuff, seeing the chiropractor, working on it, sleeping in the hyperbaric chamber. That seems to work pretty well. I just continue to do what I did last time." FF Today's Take: It's nice to know Forte is feeling good about his chances of playing in this weekend's game against the Seahawks but until there is concrete evidence from the medical staff Forte owners should have a backup plan in place. If Forte is inactive for week 13 Michael Bush would see the bulk of the rushing workload and become a flex play in deeper leagues.
