Injury Foles to make second start for Eagles     -- Fri Nov 23 4:45 pm --

Rookie to make second-straight start in place of Vick
Quarterback Nick Foles will make his second straight start for the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report. The Inquirer, citing a league source, reported Foles would start again for the injured Michael Vick against the Carolina Panthers. Vick remains sidelined with a concussion. Foles, according to the Inquirer, took all of the first-team practice reps on Wednesday. Foles struggled in his first start last Sunday against the Redskins, completing 21-of-46 passes for 204 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions. (ESPN)

FF Today's Take: Foles looked more like a rookie in his two-interception performance against the Redskins last week than he did the week before against the Cowboys when he completed nearly 70 percent of his passes. It's hard to predict which version of Foles we'll see Monday night, though it should be noted that the Panthers have struggled against the pass in recent weeks.
