Free-agent WR Plaxico Burress is expected to go to Pittsburgh to meet with and take a physical for the Steelers. Need WR help. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FF Today's Take: Well, well, well. Teams just wanted to update their emergency lists don't typically schedule physicals, so Burress to Pittsburgh could be happening the coming days as the Steelers continue to buy time while Antonio Brown returns from injury and deals with an undisclosed injury to Jerricho Cotchery. Burress caught 45 passes last season with the Jets, but spent the first five years of his career with the Steelers before wearing out his welcome.
