Brown unlikely to play in Week 11-- Wed Nov 14 12:09 pm -- Sanders to fill in at number two wide receiver
Pittsburgh beat writer Gerry Dulac says it’s “unlikely” Antonio Brown (ankle) will play this week against the Ravens. Brown said that his ankle is “not quite where it needs to be.” Emanuel Sanders will start opposite Mike Wallace, in place of Brown. But, instead of receiving passes from Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers receiving core will have to be satisfied with Byron Leftwich. (Gerry Dulac on Twitter)
FF Today's Take:Despite the fact that Roethlisberger was out for a considerable amount of Monday night’s action, Emmanuel Sanders played well. Sanders was second on the team in receiving yards (30) and targets (7). If it was not for the fact that Byron Leftwich will start for the Steelers, Sanders would be a sleeper play this week against the Ravens. The Ravens are 26th in the NFL against the pass and are 32nd in the NFL against the opposition’s number two wide receiver.
