Injury Bradshaw: Nicks 'hinted' he might play     -- Wed Oct 10 11:24 am --

Nicks is still slow to recover from knee and foot problems
Ahmad Bradshaw told ESPN radio that Hakeem Nicks (knee, foot) has suggested that he could play this Sunday against the 49ers. Bradshaw said Nicks “is tough and I think he’ll be there this week.” Nicks has only practiced two days in the last two weeks on Thursdays and has then subsequently been ruled out for Sunday’s games. FF Today's Take: Regardless of Bradshaw or Nicks’ opinion, the Giants WR has had news come out each of the last two weeks that suggested he might play on Sunday. The difficulty with Nicks lies in the fact that he has only been scheduled to practice on Thursday for the last two weeks, which gives fantasy owners little time to augment their rosters. Ramses Barden (concussion) is still questionable for Sunday. But, rookie wide receiver Rueben Randle finally made the impact the team thought he would when they drafted him out of LSU, with six catches on nine targets, for 82 yards, against the Browns last Sunday.
