Locker out for Thursday -- Tue Oct 9 11:14 am --
Titans QB will miss game against Steelers | Jake Locker (shoulder) will not play on Thursday night football against the Texans. In Locker’s stay, Matt Hasselbeck has thrown three interceptions, completed 62% of his passes, thrown for 436 yards (5.5 YPA), three touchdowns, and three interceptions. The Titans and head coach Mike Munchak are hopeful that Locker will be able to play in Week 7 against the Bills. (Terry McCormick on Twitter)
FF Today's Take: Locker is 13th in quarterback ranking, whereas Matt Hasselbeck is 28th. Consequently, fantasy owners and the Tennessee Titans would be more prosperous with Locker as their QB instead of Hasselbeck. Coupled with the fact that the Titans, to go along with their 16th ranked passing offense, are 30th in rushing, fantasy owners should feel confident to play the Steelers defense this week which ranks 3rd against the pass and 11th against the rush.
