Julio Jones' hand an issue in Week 4-- Wed Oct 3 11:17 am -- Falcons WR had a hand injury that limited his ability
Falcons’ offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter said that the hand injury Julio Jones suffered in Week 3 against the Chargers affected the wide receiver for the teams Week 4 matchup against the Panthers. “He still had eight targets. That’s a fair number; it just didn’t work out. Eight targets and one catch is not a good percentage. Julio’s hand is not 100 percent. Credit him for playing and running his routes hard.” (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
FF Today's Take:Jones’ matchup this Sunday against the Redskins couldn't get any better. The Redskins defense has allowed 326 passing yards per game—31st in the NFL—and allowed 299 yards in the air last week to the Buccaneers. Jones and the other Falcons wide receivers are in line for a big game this Sunday.
