Benson likely to give wat to John Kuhn on third down
Running backs coach Alex Van Pelt admitted that Cedric Benson won't be used on third downs. (Milwaukee Journal-Sentinal)

FF Today's Take: Benson's weak blocking and his unflattering pass catching abilities has been cited for this decision. John Kuhn, Brandon Saine and Alex Green appear to be duking it out in camp for the third down role. Benson is still attractive as Green Bay's best runner but don't draft him to be an every-down back just yet.
