Richardson to see Dr. James Andrews -- Wed Aug 8 1:30 pm --
Browns running back experiencing swelling in his knee | Browns running back Trent Richardson will visit world-renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews soon regarding his sore left knee, The Plain Dealer has learned. Richardson might need a minor cleanup on the knee, but nothing that would keep him out long, a source said. If Richardson has to have another procedure on the knee, it's expected to be a minor cleanup. As is often the case soon after a scope, Richardson has experienced some swelling in the knee. (Cleveland Plain Dealer)
FF Today's Take: We'll wait to see what comes of his visit with Dr. Andrews but this isn't a good sign. If Richardson were to have just a minor cleanup procedure, it's likely he would be ready for Week 1.
