Injury Hankerson says he is fully healthy     -- Mon Jun 4 10:20 pm --

Redskins believe he can develop into No. 1 receiver
Keep an eye on Leonard Hankerson. He was starting to look good last year before a hip injury ended his season, and the Redskins' coaches believe he has the ability to develop into the true No. 1 game-breaker they have lacked. He has said he's fully healthy and cleared to participate in all offseason activities, and if he can stay healthy and develop a rapport with Robert Griffin III, he could be a big-time weapon for this offense in short order. He has the ability to create physical and athletic mismatches in the secondary, and the issues he had with actually catching the ball early last year seem to have been corrected. (ESPN)

FF Today's Take: Hankerson only contributed to the box score in three games as a rookie, but he left a serious impression with an eight-catch, 106-yard performance in Week 10 against Miami before succumbing to the hip injury that ended his season. If he truly healthy, he stands a great chance at beating out Josh Morgan opposite Pierre Garcon for a starting spot and WR3 value in fantasy leagues.
