Injury Kolb likely to start in Eagles' finale     -- Fri Dec 31 9:00 pm --

Takes every rep in practice
Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid wouldn't confirm that Kevin Kolb is the starter for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Dallas Cowboys, but the quarterback handled all the reps in practice Friday as Michael Vick continued to rest his injured leg. NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora confirmed Thursday that Kolb will start against the Cowboys, and Reid conceded Friday "it would obviously be a stretch" for Vick to play Sunday. (NFL.com)

FF Today's Take: Kolb gets his first start since a rough outing week 7 against the Tennessee Titans. Electric wide receiver and punt returner DeSean Jackson is also listed as questionable (foot), so Reid may just opt to keep his two most dangerous offensive threats on the sidelines for the entire game.
