Colts' Sanders Out For The Season -- Sat Nov 7 12:45 pm --
And Hayden Expected To Miss 4 Weeks | Indianapolis Colts safety Bob Sanders has been placed on injured reserve and will require season-ending surgery to repair a torn biceps, the team revealed today. In a further blow to the Colts and their defensive secondary, starting cornerback Kelvin Hayden is expected to miss up to four weeks with a knee injury. (The Indianapolis Star)
FF Today's Take: Sanders has missed an absurd 40 of 87 possible NFL games so far through 6 seasons, so, though he's a star, the Colts defense are used to being without his services. With Hayden out for the next four weeks, the Colts are looking a little depleted at DB, especially facing QBs Matt Schaub, Tom Brady, Joe Flacco, and Schaub again over that stretch.
