Injury Stafford, Johnson Likely Out This Week     -- Fri Oct 16 12:40 pm --

Both Missed Practice On Friday
Quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receiver Calvin Johnson were not on the field today for the portion of Detroit Lions practice that was open to reporters, making it seem more unlikely they will play Sunday at Green Bay. Both have right knee injuries. Johnson has not practiced all week. Stafford has not practiced since Wednesday, when he was listed as limited on the injury report. (Detroit Free Press)

FF Today's Take: Don't expect either to play this week against the Packers meaning Daunte Culpepper will get another start. Bryant Johnson, Dennis Northcutt and rookie Derrick Williams will see increased targets with Megatron out.
