Bilal Powell cleared from neck injury
Free agent RB looking for work

Long-time #Jets RB & now FA Bilal Powell was fully cleared from a neck injury that was once thought to threaten his career, teams were informed in a letter. Powell, who averaged 4.3 yards per rush last year, is healthy & says he’s “really looking forward to getting back to work.” (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Powell played in 7 games last season with the Jets but will need to fin a new home as the Jets have remade their running back group bringing in Le'Veon Bell and Ty Montgomery to go along with Elijah McGuire and Trenton Cannon. Powell is a reliable pass-catcher and should find a home at some point during training camp likely as a piece in a RBBC.
