Lions add RB C.J. Anderson One-year deal By: Mike Krueger | Apr 1 2019, 5:30 pm
Former Rams’ RB C.J. Anderson reached agreement on a one-year deal with the Detroit Lions, per source. Chance to produce this season, then hit market again after this season. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
FFToday's Take:Anderson turned in a stellar few weeks behind the Rams' powerful offensive line late last season, getting 20+ carries in Weeks 16 & 17 of the regular season and during the Divisional Round of the playoffs. With the Lions, he will backup Kerryon Johnson and give way to Theo Riddick on third downs making him a late-round speculative pick in redraft leagues this summer.
