Sammy Watkins expected to play Foot injury By: Mike Krueger | Jan 12 2019, 7:00 am
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins, questionable for Saturday's divisional playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts due to a foot injury, is expected to play, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Watkins has played in just one game since injuring his right foot in Week 9 against the Cleveland Browns. (ESPN)
FFToday's Take:Watkins played all of one series in Week 11 against the Rams and hasn't played since with his foot injury. It's anybody's guess how healthy he is or how many snaps he'll see but it's likely he'll be limited in some fashion. His presence throws cold water on dart throw plays like Demarcus Robinson and Chris Conley.
