Vic Fangio lands HC job in Denver
Denver sticks with defensive minded head coach
By: Mike Krueger | Jan 9 2019, 11:55 am

The Denver Broncos have reached an agreement with Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio to become the team's next head coach, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and Dan Graziano. Fangio will receive a four-year contract that includes a team option for a fifth year, a source said. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: This will be Fangio's first crack at a head coaching position after 33 years in the league. He and offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak will need to resurrect an offense in Denver that struggled with Case Keenum at quarterback. The Broncos ranked 24th in total points and 19th in passing yards in 2018.
