Rishard Matthews remains on PUP list

Wide receiver Rishard Matthews, still on the physically unable to perform list with an undisclosed injury, was out on the sideline watching the first-team offense. He was in a hat and shorts and did not have any kind of wrap or brace on. Matthews has not practiced this training camp. (The Tennessean)

FFToday's Take: Matthews hasn't participated in training camp allowing Taywan Taylor to move into the starting lineup opposite Corey Davis. Matthews can be had in double-digit rounds of fantasy drafts but given his unknown status, Taylor may be a better late-round flier.
