Patriots sign WR Jordan Matthews

Patriots are signing former Bills’ WR Jordan Matthews to a one-year deal, per source. Healthy now, so could be a real factor. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Patriots recently parted ways with Brandin Cooks so it only makes sense they would bring in some more options prior to camp. Matthews had a lost year in 2017, battling knee and ankle issues which had surgery on late in the year. It will be tough for me to make a meaningful impact given the plethora of options at slot receiver in New England.
