| Ravens release Jeremy Maclin $5 million in cap savings By: Mike Krueger | Mar 14 2018, 3:00 pm
| The Ravens have released veteran wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, as Baltimore continues to shake up that unit.
Releasing Maclin brings $5 million in cap savings. He was going to count $7.5 million against the salary cap in 2018 and was reportedly due a $1 million roster bonus Friday. (BaltimoreRavens.com)
FFToday's Take: Ravens have brought in John Brown and Ryan Grant in free agency to replace Maclin who has missed 8 games the last two seasons, averaged 42 catches, 488 yards and 2.5 TDs during that time. Maclin will be 30 in May and while he's struggled recently, he should find a home relatively soon, perhaps in Philadelphia.
