Dolphins to part ways with Ndamukong Suh Suh has a $26.1 million cap number for 2018 By: Mike Krueger | Mar 12 2018, 10:30 am
The Miami Dolphins are planning to release defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh in a move that could be completed Monday, league sources told ESPN's Jeff Darlington. If Suh is designated as a post-June 1 cut, the team would save $17 million against the 2018 salary cap. Releasing Suh now would save the Dolphins just $3.9 million against the cap. (ESPN)
FFToday's Take:Suh had 15.5 sacks in three years for the Dolphins and at 31 years old, there's some question as to how effective he can be moving forward. However, he's still a dominant force and should have many suitors in free agency.
