| Bears name Matt Nagy as new head coach Former KC offensive coordinator replaces John Fox By: Doug Orth | Jan 8 2018, 6:20 pm
| The Bears named Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy their new head coach on Monday. General manager Ryan Pace interviewed Nagy, 39, on Sunday, a day after the Chiefs’ loss in the wildcard round against the Titans. (Chicago Sun-Times)
FFToday's Take: That escalated quickly, especially considering his first and only interview happened Sunday. One of the supposed feathers in Nagy's hat was the fact he was high on Mitchell Trubisky coming out of the draft last year. It's hard to imagine Nagy won't get a lot more out of the Bears' offense than Dowell Loggains did, but Chicago needs help a lot of help at receiver if it wants to maximize Nagy's offensive acumen.
