New York Jets

Josh McCown done for the season
Broken left hand
By: Doug Orth | Dec 11 2017, 6:05 pm

Josh McCown (hand) is out for the season, Bowles said. McCown needs surgery. (New York Post - Brian Costello)

FFToday's Take: McCown has been the engine that has powered the Jets' surprising offense this season. The falloff from him to Bryce Petty is substantial, and it means players like Jermaine Kearse and Austin Seferian-Jenkins go from every-week starters in some leagues to bench options. Robby Anderson excelled last year with Petty, so perhaps he can remain a viable back-end starting option in fantasy.
