Bucs HC Dirk Koetter says the medical staff re-evaluated Jameis Winston (shoulder) and he is not cleared to throw. Will be out this week at least. (Tampa Bay Times - Rick Stroud) FFToday's Take: The fact Winston has been ruled out so early this week makes a Week 13 return unlikely as well. Owners should not expect to be able to use him until Week 14 at the earliest. Ryan Fitzpatrick will continue to lead the offense in the meantime.
