Per source Cardinals and WR Larry Fitzgerald are close to an extension. One year. Contract through 2018. (Pro Football Talk)

FFToday's Take: Fitzgerald could obviously still retire if he wants to at the end of the season, but the 34-year-old is on pace for his third straight 100-catch season and still thriving despite the loss of Carson Palmer. He's a solid WR1 in PPR leagues and should be considered no worse than a low-end WR1 next year should he return.
